Wholesale program
Wholesale auto export. Rates set at the start
For dealers, brokers, and destination forwarders shipping regular volume. Your rate is set when the relationship begins and remains the same for every shipment until expiration.
Three audiences run wholesale with us.
The program is built around regular volume. Pick the path that matches you.
Dealers and resellers
You buy at Copart, IAAI, Manheim, Adesa, and other US auto auctions in regular volume and ship containers to your market. A rate that holds lets you plan your bidding margin around a known shipping cost.
Apply for wholesaleAuction brokers
You bid for overseas end-buyers and need a freight partner with a branded customer portal, API access, and white-label documentation. Brokers have their own partner program.
Broker programDestination forwarders
You are forwarding at the destination and need a US-side NVOCC partner. Peer-to-peer relationship, in-house HBL, named US ops contact.
Forwarder program
The rate is set at the start. It stays.
Two kinds of line item, two rules. Our charges hold. Carrier and port charges move with the market, with notice before your next booking.
Our work, our charges.
- Warehouse: receiving, handling, container loading
- Documentation: ISF, AES, HBL, export docs
- Dispatch
Set once, then the same on every shipment.
Set by carriers, ports, and government.
- Inland trucking
- Ocean freight
- Fuel and bunker surcharges
- Origin port charges and THC
- CBP customs exam, when one is ordered
Guaranteed quote. When carriers change their pricing, you see the new numbers before your next shipment is booked. Never retroactive.
Example: a rate across 18 months
Months 1 to 6. Rate set at the start. Six shipments, same billed rate.
Month 7. Carrier raises. You see the new number before you book.
Months 7 to 12. New rate, six more shipments, same number.
Month 13. Carrier drops. You receive the new lower rate.
Month 13 on. New rate.
Beyond the rate.

Two decades of bookings
We book directly with the carriers. What this means for you.
No middleman in your rate.
There is no 3PL handoff between the carrier and your quote, so there is no 3PL markup in it.
We know early when markets move.
Our carrier reps call us before the change hits the portal. We pass the notice to you with time to plan.
We get the call when space is tight.
Two decades of steady bookings put us at the front of the line when carriers ration capacity.
Eight fields. No marketing funnel.
A dedicated account manager responds within 1 business day. The first conversation covers your lanes, volume, destination forwarder or clearing agent, and how you pay. If we fit, we set up an account and start shipping.
What we'll need to open the account
Business registration
Your business license or registration document confirming the entity.
Tax ID, VAT, or customs registration
Whichever applies in your jurisdiction, so the entity is set for documentation.
The first conversation. The quote. The first shipment.
What we'll cover.
Your lanes: the origin warehouses you use and the destination ports. Your volume and cadence. Whether the wholesale model fits your operation. If it does, we will quote you and create an account.
How money moves.
The BL is released upon payment of the quoted amount. That is the rule for every shipment on every account.
- No exclusivity agreement.
- No lock-in contract.
- The relationship stays open as long as you keep shipping and we keep delivering.
What wholesale applicants ask before applying.
No. We are an NVOCC, not an auction broker. We pick up after you have won the lot and paid Copart, IAAI, Manheim, or Adesa.
No. We do not ship to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, or any other OFAC-sanctioned location, regardless of routing.
The team checks title status on every vehicle before booking, chases late titles, and works lien releases and duplicates.
When the carrier changes its pricing in response to the market. There is no calendar and no annual review. When the carrier notifies us of a rate change, we notify you before your next shipment is booked. You decide whether to book at the new rate or wait. A rate change never applies to a shipment that has already been booked.
Three business days from the date your vehicle becomes available. We need your lot number, buyer ID, and confirmed title, at Copart, IAAI, Manheim, Adesa, and other auto auctions in the continental US. Auction yards start charging for storage, so the sooner the vehicle is released, the sooner we can pick it up.
We release the shipment as soon as payment is received.
