Which side of the freight chain are you on?

Track 01

Auction brokers

You bid for overseas end-buyers at US auctions and want a freight partner who runs in the background: branded customer portal, API access, invoices and pre-alerts under your name.

Track 02

Destination forwarders

You handle freight at the destination and need a US-side NVOCC agent. Peer-to-peer relationship, in-house HBL, named US ops contact.

01Broker program

White-label freight for auction brokers.

For brokers representing overseas end-buyers at US auctions. We handle the freight in the background. Your customer sees your brand.

What's included

  1. Branded customer portal

Your colors, your domain, your tone. Your customers log into your brand. MyDapex runs underneath.

  2. API access

Real-time shipment events, document webhooks (BL issued, photos uploaded, ETA updated), booking creation from your platform, customer records and documents on pull.

  3. Documents under your name

Customer-facing invoices on your template. Pre-alerts to your customer under your brand. The HBL is issued by Dapex under our FMC license, with your reference on it, because the licensed NVOCC has to be the issuer. Compliance filings stay in our chain.

  4. Customer management

Multi-buyer accounts under your master account. Sub-account access for your customers. Each customer sees only their own shipments.

Your fronting choice

Pick how your customer sees the freight partnership. You choose per relationship.

Issued by [YOUR COMPANY] in partnership with Dapex

Co-fronted. Your brand stays primary, and Dapex is named as the freight partner throughout. Your customer sees the FMC license, the named carriers, and the six US warehouses behind the shipment. Useful when customers care whose name is on the BL or which carriers move the cargo.

How money moves: you charge your customer. We charge you. The difference is your margin.

Step 01

You set your customer rate.

Whatever you tell your customer. Your relationship, your margin.

Step 02

We charge you our wholesale rate.

Set at the start, held across shipments, same as any wholesale account.

Step 03

The spread is yours.

Your customer pays you. You pay us.

How operations work

  1. You book through our API or portal

VIN, lot, destination, customer reference. We file AES and ISF, book the carrier, schedule pickup.

  2. We move the cargo

Auction pickup, inland trucking, warehouse loading, ocean booking, HBL, AES and ISF.

  3. Your customer sees your brand

Invoices under your name. Portal in your domain. Pre-alert from your operations.

  4. Support stays with you

If your customer calls us, we route them back to you.

02Forwarder program

Peer-to-peer NVOCC for destination forwarders.

For forwarders at the destination who need a US-side NVOCC agent. Direct relationship, named US ops contact, in-house HBL.

What's included

  1. Named US operations contact

Your peer at Dapex. Direct phone, WhatsApp, email. Runs your account end to end, routine shipment or customs hold.

  2. In-house HBL

Dapex issues the HBL under our FMC license and releases it to you at destination per the agreed handoff: telex release, original surrender, or direct surrender.

  3. Direct booking

Book with your named contact or in MyDapex. No broker layer in between.

  4. Coordination at six US warehouses

Pickup, receipt, loading, AES, ISF on our side. Pre-alert with all documents when the vessel sails. Coordination on customs holds, port events, exceptions, and document corrections.

Coverage: open partnership at every destination we can legally ship to.

How operations work

  1. You send the booking

To your named ops contact or in MyDapex. VIN, lot, destination port. We confirm carrier, vessel, and ETA the same day.

  2. We handle the US side

Auction pickup, warehouse receipt, container loading, AES and ISF, ocean booking, HBL.

  3. Pre-alert at sailing

HBL, commercial invoice, packing list, container details. Sent to you the moment the vessel sails.

  4. You handle the destination

Clearance, last-mile, the customer relationship. Dapex stays in coordination through discharge.

03Common questions

What partners ask before applying.

Q1
Does Dapex contact our customers directly?

No. If your customer calls us, we route them back to you. Your account manager at Dapex is your peer, not your customer's.

Q2
What is the API like?

REST endpoints for booking creation, shipment status, document retrieval, and customer records. Webhooks for booking accepted, BL issued, photos uploaded, ETA updated, container discharged. A sandbox for integration testing. Full documentation after the first conversation.

Q3
Can we use Dapex's wholesale rate as our floor?

Yes. Brokers in the program get the same wholesale rate that direct wholesale accounts get. Whatever margin you add on top is your business.

Q4
What does the handoff at destination look like?

The pre-alert with HBL, commercial invoice, packing list, and container details reaches you the moment the vessel sails. HBL release follows the agreed handoff: telex release, original surrender, or direct surrender, depending on your destination. The file moves from Dapex coordination to your clearance team at discharge.

Q5
Do you partner with multiple forwarders in the same destination?

Usually, yes. The forwarder program is non-exclusive. Different forwarders serve different shipper bases, and we don't pick favorites by country. If exclusivity matters to your operation, raise it in the first conversation and we'll discuss terms.

Q6
What if my destination isn't on your list?

We add destinations on partner request, subject to OFAC. The 100+ is what we ship today. Tell us where you operate and we'll work out the routing.

Q7
How do payment terms work between partners?

The BL releases on payment of the quoted amount, the same rule as every Dapex account.

Q8
Is there a minimum volume to qualify?

No hard minimum. Both programs are built around an ongoing relationship. In practice, a broker or forwarder shipping fewer than one container a quarter won't get the integration to pay for itself. Above that, the setup time pays back.
